£3.99* for orders under £21 

£5.99* for orders over £21

We track all orders via a shipping tracking number which we will supply. Delivery may take up to 1-4 business days. If we have any delays we'll let you know.

Despite being a small business we aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours - Monday - Friday 8am-5.30pm. If there are any unforeseen delays - particularly due to Covid-19 shipping restrictions - we will let you know. If your order is urgent let us know and we will do our best to prioritise it. 

It's unlikely but In the case of an item going out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you to confirm if you'd be happy to wait to proceed with your full order or prefer a refund. 

As a handcrafted brand that makes Jams in small batches, we aim to achieve the highest quality of products. The colour and consistency of your jams may slightly differ from time to time for control reasons despite the taste being the same. If you have any concerns about your order or notice any damage please take photographs of this and email us at info@andpoca.com so that we can investigate further.
