We began this exciting journey in 2020. Through our love for Wine & Cheeseboards, it became clear that our options for great chilli-based condiments - particularly those suitable for cheeseboard pairings - were pretty slim. We often found that many mass-market brands that used Scotch Bonnet Chilli lacked flavour and that independent brands often felt rather gimmicky (think devil horns and flames) and focused on heat and not flavour.
In initially creating something special for ourselves at home, &POCA has grown into the dining table staple that is too good to keep secret from your friends and family. As two passionate foodies, we are on a mission to create fantastic food-tasting experiences for unforgettable sharing moments, and celebrate the Scotch Bonnet Chilli where possible! We're here to liven up your Cheeseboards, elevate your breakfast toasties and make your brunches brilliant through #heatdonewell
