Shipping & Refunds
We aim to have your order with you within 1-3 days from dispatch and always aim to ship orders within 48 hours Monday to Saturday.
Our courier partners are Royal Mail or UPS - depending on your order size. This will be shown in your confirmation email. We offer tracked (£5.99) or un-tracked (£3.99) shipping options at checkout.

If there are any delays with national courier services - particularly due to postal strikes, we advise giving it an extra two days before contacting us as your order is likely to arrive within this period :)
We will only process a refund for unopened goods (seal untorn) that are successfully returned in the condition they were shipped in. Please note we cannot process refunds for orders that were sent to the wrong address. Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s) and notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping fee. Unfortunately, this will need to be covered by you (the customer) and shipped with a valid tracking number. If you receive a refund, please note this will not include the original cost of shipping.
We try our best to use sustainable and eco-friendly packaging throughout and all orders are packed with care. However, in the event of any damaged or defected items please get in touch and we will help you from there, email email@example.com.
